Is it ever impossible to isolate dy/dx after implicit differentiation?

QuestionsIs it ever impossible to isolate dy/dx after implicit differentiation?

I’ve seen differential equations where it was impossible to isolate dy/dx, but was curious to know if there are any xy-relationships where dy/dx is impossible to isolate upon implicitly differentiating?
Like, would there ever some f(x,y)=0 with: cos(x-y’)/(y’-y)=(y’)1/(y’)
…or something crazy like that.
